The Bark Eater
When I was younger I used to eat a lot of bark from small trees that could barely hold me off
the ground. I tried to live in trees and befriend the worms on the ground. I see now that I’ve
always been jealous. Jealous that they didn’t have to worry, didn’t have to try.
